【摘要】他国家的关系,而西方已经开始把国际法作为处理国家关系的准则。其次,挖掘李鸿章国际法思想产生的根源:儒家传统经世致用思想,促使李鸿章形成了在对外交往中维护国家利益、寻求自强之道的现实主义外交,这成为他积极学习和运用国际法原动力。李鸿章的国际法思想可以概括为:主权原则、遵守条约原则、均势原则。再次,阐述李鸿章运用其国际法的思想解决的实际问题,如:裁撤常胜军,处理滇案,保护华工人权,中法关系,中日关系等。结论是李鸿章国际法思想的是具有现实合理性的,对中国近代国家关系转型做出了巨大的贡献。

【外文摘要】There are few researches on Li hongzhang s ideology and politics of the relevant experience to the impact of late Qing Dynasty and China s modern transformation by Li hongzhang s international law thought,while most of Li s academic research focused on the historical area.Therefore the author will revolve the above question to carry on the analysis.First,this article explains the background of li s international law,who just stems from the different concepts of country s relation between East and Western,th...
