【摘要】社会的视角,通过对中日两国现代化改革过程的比较,来审视和探寻中国与日本走上不同的现代化之路的缘由,并进一步阐明科技在中国现阶段的现代化进程中的重要作用,分析现代化是如何在科学与社会的互动作用下不断进步发展的,并提出一些促进现代化进程的积极建议。本文分四章来叙述:第一章对中国早期现代化的改革——洋务运动和戊戌变法进行讨论;第二章对日本明治维新的改革内容进行概括,简要分析明治维新是如何为日本现代化的发展创造了必要条件;第三章对中日两国试图谋求社会发展的改革做了分析和比较,找出改革成败的原因;第四章从中日现代化进程的比较研究中,进一步深入阐述科学与社会的互动作用对现代化建设的重要意义,并得出结论——现代化进程取得胜利的充要条件:要有政治、经济、文化等因素全方位改革的相互配合,要有先进的领导阶级,要有安定的社会环境...
