【摘要】。本文主要分三大部分来写：第一大部分主标题是日本走向政治大国战略的纵向审视。它分为两个小部分，第一小部分写冷战时期日本政治大国战略的提出，主要写战后日本国家发展战略的设计，战后日本根据现实的国际形势，制定了以发展经济为中心的外交和在对外政策上以美国为外交基轴的一边倒路线。这产生了两方面的影响，一是带来了日本经济的崛起，使日本成为了世界第二经济强国。二是使日本在国际上仍扮演小国角色，因此，日本谋求政治大国以图发挥与其经济实力相称的国际影响力，实现对世界的主导权。 第二小部分主要写冷战后日本走向政治大国战略的演变和外交实践，主要写日本关于政治大国的设计以及日本为实现政治大国梦所采用的手段，还有具体的外交实践，来说明日本谋求政治大国的手段的错误性。第二大部分标题写亚太地区对日本走向政治大国存在的制约因素。它分为两个小标题，第一就是亚太大国地缘政治战略对日本的制约，主要写中、美、俄地缘战略对日本的制约，特别是美国的战略设计是日本实现大国梦的最大制约因素。日本政治大国战略的亚太部分带有明显的冷战思维和军国主义色彩，自然遭到中国的反对。第二小部分写日本亚洲一员外交失败对日本走向政治大国的制约，主要写日本脱亚入欧战略所带开的周边各国难以认同日本，日本更不愿回归亚洲，从而造成了日本难以在亚太发挥更大作用。第三大部分主要从日本国内因素来分析日本推行政治大国的制约。第一小部分从日本地域狭小、能源短缺的角度来分析其对日本走向政治大国带来的消极影响。地域狭小导致日本缺乏纵深防御，难于抵抗核大国的打击。同时地域狭小导致日本能源缺乏和粮食短缺，这使日本高度依赖国际市场，增大了日本经济的脆弱性，对日本推行政治大国带来了不利的影响。第二小部分主要分析日本右翼势力和右倾化的政局的对外行为，来说明日本否认侵略历史，极力修改《和平宪法》使日本丧失了和平、合法走向政治大国的机会，遭到周边国家的坚决反对，日本难以在亚太周边国家产生重大国际影响。第三小部分主要写日本追随外交对其政治大国实施带来的制约因素，追随美国的外交既是日本为实现政治大国所做出的外交选择，同时也是日本走向政治大国存在的最大的制约因素之一， 使日本难以在国际舞台树立独立自主的大国形象。 在本文的结语部分，通过对日本推行政治大国存在的制约因素的分析，我们得出此种的政治大国战略难以真正使日本走向政治大国。日本新首相安培近三在上台之初表现出来的亚太外交思路是对小泉远交近攻外交的一种修正，也许会给日本的亚洲外交带来一点改变，但只要日本仍依靠美国，通过结盟来实现政治大国，不能正确面对历史问题，取得亚洲国家的谅解，日本就不可能成为政治大国。

【外文摘要】 Japan's major political strategy point of this paper to analyze the process of political power in Japan vie for a constraining factor. Japan is focused on the analysis of the strategy for achieving political power as a result of measures taken by the constraints, Japan's foreign policy and end the practice of relations between Japan and its neighboring countries poses a serious negative impact.
