【摘要】变推翻。本文在已有研究成果基础上,以马克思主义理论为指导,对日本这阶段的民主通过经济基础、意识形态、上层建筑三方面进行分析,探讨日本大正期间民主政治失败的内外原因,并为后起国家的民主化进程提供借鉴作用。

【外文摘要】From 1920s to 1930s , there have been a democratic time in Japan’s Political History. Marked by Yuan Cabinet , Common elections ,Japan have shown the potency to transform into a Constitutional Monarchy country, and this time was called Taisho Democracy .However , Taisho Democracy hasn’t kept a long time ,when the world economic crisis was broken out in the 1930,it’s worldwide impacts also affected Japan.
