【摘要】 本研究所采用的是史论结合的方法，以洋务运动时期电报技术引进的技术社会史考察为基础，概括出了该项技术转移的三大特点：(1)“强权示范”性，(2)“产业技术根植”性，(3)“借壳”的根植模式。进而从技术哲学、技术社会学视角对具体引进情况给予分析，探讨该项技术引进对现代国际技术转移理论研究与实践的启示作用。“强权示范”性和“产业技术根植”性，表明了洋务运动时期电报技术引进的困境，借壳的根植模式则反映了该项技术引进嵌入于晚清社会的具体情形。借壳的根植模式，又具体地表现为技术主体社会角色的借壳、技术组织与制度的借壳、以及技术目的借壳，正是通过这些不同模式的借壳，洋务电报技术得以根植于晚清社会，取得了相对的成功，这对中国现代电信产业技术的发展具有一定启示性意义。各种不同类型的借壳的顺利实施，须以本土知识的充分获得...
