【摘要】绕主体部分,拟展开以下的内容:洋务运动时期清政府海外军备采购的历史背景和海外军备采购的结果及对它的评价等方面。论文旨在通过对置办采购群体的归类分析,来探讨洋务运动时期清政府海外军备的采购途径,从而梳理一下这个时期清政府军备海外采购的内容,并说明当时清政府委托这些途径进行海外采购中时出现的诸多问题,力图以此项的研究来帮助我们更好地认识近代中国海军和军事工业的发展脉络,从而更深入地了解洋务运动与中国近代化进程的关系。
