【摘要】成果。但目前已取得的成果大都集中于前清流，而关于后清流的研究则显得相对薄弱。因而有进一步探索和研究的必要。 中日甲午战争是后清流崛起的契机。后清流的最重要的活动和言论都是围绕甲午战争展开的。因而这篇论文以甲午战争为背景，来考察后清流的活动及其对战争的影响。论文的主要内容包括：导论部分：总结了清流问题的研究现状并分析了晚清前后清流的兴替问题；第一章：按照甲午战争的进程，考察分析了后清流的主战观点及其围绕这一观点展开的一系列活动；第二章：整理讨论了后清流在甲午战争中所提出的具体战略战术，并简要分析了其实际效果；第三章：分析了后清流主战的动机，同时给予后清流一个整体上的评价。 通过论述，得出这样一个结论：我们在肯定后清流的爱国动机的同时，应对其盲目主战所带来的负面影响加以批判。此文的写作希望达到两个目的：一、对史学界一味褒扬清流的倾向有所调整。二、对现在或将来遇到类似历史事件时有所借鉴。

【外文摘要】The problem of the subsequent Qingliu Group is an important problem of the political history of the late Qing dynasty. Under the circumstances of the increasingly improving of the despotion, the phenomenon that the disputation of the subsequent Qingliu Group suddenly come forth, is worth studying in itself. The Qingliu Group of the late Qing dynasty is comparted into two :the former and the subsequent QingLiu Group,which appear in series, by the war between China and France of 1884.As a kind of powerful strength of public opinion, the subsequent QingLiu Group make a notable impact on not only the internal affairs and the diplomatism but the trend of the political situation in late Qing dynasty at one time.Many scholar pay close attention to this problem and gain quite a few accomplishment. The accomplishment which has gained by far mostly concentrate in the former QingLiu Group,but the study on the subsequent Qingliu Group looks weak relatively.so,there is a necessity that we make a further research on it. The Sino-Japanese War of 1894 is the chance of the rising abruptly of the subsequent Qingliu Group.The foremost activity and saying of the subsequent Qingliu Group which is deployed are relate to the Sino-Japanese War of 1894. I make this war the backgroud of the thesis,so that I could review the activity and the influence on the war of the subsequent Qingliu Group.The main contents of this thesis are as follows: The introduction part: I chiefly summarize the present research condition about the thesis and analyse the fact of the evolvement of the Qingliu Group. The first chapter: according to the process of the war ,I investigate and analyse their opinion of war-advocating and a series of action they made in the war. The second chapter: Arranging and discussing the idiographic stratagems and tactics which are put forward by the subsequent Qingliu Group in the war.At the same time ,I briefly analyse the actual effect of them. The third chapter: analysing the motivation that the subsequent Qingliu Group advocate the war.Then give them a holistic appraisement. By the whole-length exposition ,we can reach a conclusion:when we praise the patriotic motivation of the subsequent Qingliu Group ,we should animadvert on the negative influence of their unrealistic war-advocating opinion.The composition of this thesis hopes to realize two aims:firstly, adjust the trend of the historiography field that scholars blindly celebrates the subsequent Qingliu Group;secondly,we can get something from the thesis for reference when we meet the similar instance again.
