【外文摘要】This study will focus on is the Japanese around the Korean Peninsula, the implementation of the political, economic, and military policy research. Materials used in this article will be based on South Korea, Japan, focused on historical documents between the two countries. Analysis from the North Korea policy of the Japanese in Korea, the reaction was pursued by the Korean Peninsula, the Japanese policy responses and consequences. Not to study traditions from China, but from time to analyze the situation on the Korean peninsula. Materials used are mainly historical data between Korea and Japan, the article has some words to be true to historical data, using a literal translation, retaining the historical data of the language habits.This article is divided into three parts, the exposition:The first chapter discusses the political aspects of Japan in Korea, driven into the Grand Council reform, by the Grand Council of the organization and operation mode, dealing with foreign relations, internal relations (on the East School of the party) treatment, discusses the political aspects of reform and change, and the Grand Council to promote domestic reform;The second chapter discusses the economic policies of Japan in Korea, the first analysis before and after the Korean war, the financial situation and loan led by Minister Inoue offensive policy analysis,13 million loan to First Bank offering to master the Korean customs, Nippon Yusen column Korean-style company to win the right route along the coast,300 million budget for the legalization of borrowing the Japanese currency of Korea, with which the borrower makes the Japanese master the North Korean national fiscal autonomy by radical damage;Chapter III discusses the Japanese military policy in the Korean peninsula from Japan sent troops to Korea and Japan sent troops to the basis of theChapter IV, conclusion, summary of the full-textJapan, the Korean Peninsula through the analysis of the policy, combined with the situation on the Korean Peninsula at that time, this analysis of the Sino before and after the modernization of the Korean Peninsula, and Japan’s aggression.
