【外文摘要】The Sino-Russian relation during the Sino-Japan War of 1894-1895 is the core of research on the war. It was almost as important as the Sino-Japanese relation. The Sino-Russian relation in this period was complicated and changoble. What is more, the Russian policy and attitude to China to a great extent influenced the process and result of the War. But the historical circle hasn't paid enough attention to this point. Moreover opinions about many problems vary greatly. So it is necessary to have a further research into the Sino-Russian relation....
