【摘要】,争取加深人们的认识:正是清军的战争系统(包括战略战术、军人素质、武器装备、海陆协同等)故障导致了大量的人员伤亡,由此影响了后续战役的推进,从而导致了战争的失败,而日军除有限的正常战斗伤亡外,非战斗伤亡巨大,反映了作为侵略者的急功近利和不可一世。清军作战的无能和不可救药与日军作战的投机与狂妄嚣张形成了鲜明对照,由此昭示了战争的最后结局和清王朝的终极命运。

【外文摘要】The Sino-Japanese War of 1894-1895 is the war of aggression that the Japanese militarism launches.
